Backpressure, admission control & load shedding

Backpressure tells producers to slow down when consumers saturate; admission control bounds accepted work, and load shedding drops lower-value work to protect critical requests.

Receipt emails arrive faster than workers send them

Ava creates receipt jobs faster than Ben's computer can send them. The waiting line needs a limit.
